We are very pleased to announce that currently Nadja Kossinskaja and Scharpach guitars are discussing their interest to work together.
Nadja is not only good looking but even more a very talented personality. Everywhere she moves one will notice her presence and in that sense she can be a great ambassador for our instruments in many ways. We are sure that her performance will enriches the current guitar and music scene in many ways. Her vital energy really grapes you and convinces every listener.
Nadja Kossinskaja - a native of Kiew, Ukraine, began her musical education at age 11. At the same time as she completed her degree at the Drogobych Musical College in guitar and conducting, she also graduated from the National university of Culture and Arts of Ukraine in guitar, conducting (Prof. V. Zhadko), and percussion (Prof. G. Tschernenko) both with commendations summa com laude. She received her degree with excellence from the Academy of Music at the University in Muenster (Prof.&nsp;W. Weigel) in Germany. Besides her musical accomplishments she shows great interest in the sciences. Graduating from the school for gifted children in Kiew with emphasis in math and physics with summa cum laude, she continued her education with the study of radio electronics and dentistry at National Polytechnic University and Medical School in Kiew respectively.
Nadja Kossinskaja is the special price winner of the "John Duarte competition" in Rust, Austria and also received several prices in 9 international guitar competitions in Ukraine, Poland, England, Spain, i.e.: "Gitaralia Competition": 1st Place, "Stafford Classical Guitar Recital Competition": 2nd Place, Guitar competition "Villa de Aranda": 2nd Place, etc.
She received a full right scholarship for "Summer Academy" at the Accademie Musicale Chigiana, Italy with Prof. Oscar Ghiglia.
Since 1997 she has taken part in master classes given by teachers like R. Gallen, J. KIerch, K. Marcioni, A. Pierri, R. Aussel, G. Guillen, J. Duarte, O. Ghiglia.
Recent media productions include patented recordings for the West German National Radio, recording of film music for DT-Media, and multiple performances on TV as well as performances and recordings as a soloist with various orchestras (i.e. Ukraine National Orchestra). Nadja Kossinskaja provided the musical background for the Berlin International Literature Festival.
Further she plays rock music with the well known German rock artist Peter Maffay. She played on the recording of his latest album as well as toured recently with him.
She enriched her experience as a musical educator by teaching the master classes at the "Escuela de Müsica José Angel Lamas" in Caracas (Venezuela). Furthermore she is invited to lecture the master classes at the "International Stafford Guitar Summer School" in England.
CD productions include "Drum Dance" as a member of "Ars Nova" as well as "Ex Oriente Luxus" in cooperation with the German poet Karl Wolf.
Invitations to participate in multiple international concerts brought her to Russia, Belarus, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, Venezuela and USA.
